Sherman Oaks Remodel

A complete renovation plus large addition with basement. Installation of a new 400 amp electrical service along with complete re-wiring of the entire house. Installation of a Lutron lighting control system with keypad controls for interior and exterior lighting.

One of our favorite projects because of the lighting layouts and the fixtures chosen by the designer/architect, this residential renovation in Malibu, California was a complete tear down with all new utilities and a complete rewiring of the entire residence.

This Westlake Village, California project was a complete remodel including a large addition off the front of the house. Titan Electric completed all new wiring and fixture installation. The master bathroom renovations were quite extensive and included extremely high end lighting fixtures.

Thousand Oaks Remodel

A residential remodel/addition overlooking Thousand Oaks, California, Titan Electric wired and installed all new lighting for the entire home, upgraded the existing panel and wired the new 1000 sq.ft. addition. New fans and heaters for the backyard patio/entertainment area were also installed.

An extremely challenging and exciting project, this is a complete restoration of an original Frank Lloyd Wright building in Malibu, California. Titan Electric designed and completed layout of all new wiring and all underground feeds to complete this restoration.
