THE CANYON SALON
A tenant improvement project in Westlake Village, California, Titan Electric completed the tenant improvement and assisted with lighting design and layout. A multitude of lighting types and fixtures were utilized making this project very unique and extremely high end.
WESTLAKE MEDICAL OFFICE
A doctor's office in Westlake Village, California, Titan Electric installed an entirely new electrical service as well as the x-ray equipment and related duct work and the architectural lighting throughout with cove lighting for accent.
NEWBURY MEDICAL PLAZA
For this new construction commercial project in Newbury Park, California, Titan Electric completed ground up construction including all service conduits and site lighting. New tenant services were installed and suite build outs completed.
JANSS MARKETPLACE
This project at the Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks, California entailed a complete rewiring of the courtyard for a new fountain feature. Large post area lighting was relocated and new conduit/wiring was provided for tree and event lighting.
